Privacy Policy

This is what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. No legalese padding.

What we store

• Your Telegram user ID — it's how your account exists.
• An encrypted eBay access token — granted by you via eBay's official login. We never see or store your eBay password. The token is encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions you ask for (listing, offers, sales data).
• Listing and sales metadata — titles, prices, fees and costs you log, used to power your history, stats and profit tracking.
• Payment status — subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number, only whether a subscription is active.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
• No ad tracking, no analytics cookies on this site.
• No emails — all communication happens in the chat you started.

Deletion

Revoke SnapLister's access anytime from your eBay account settings (Third-party app access) — and if you delete your eBay account, eBay notifies us and we purge your data automatically. You can also request deletion anytime by emailing support@snaplister.io.
