How does the eBay bot work?

You send photos of an item to SnapLister in a Telegram or Discord chat. The bot asks only the questions you've enabled — title, condition, price — then publishes the listing through eBay's official API, with the category, hosted photos and item specifics handled for you. The live eBay link comes back in the chat.

Is SnapLister safe? Does it see my eBay password?

Never. You connect through eBay's own login page (the same official authorization big platforms use), and you can revoke access anytime from your eBay account settings. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and every listing needs your approval before it publishes.

Can I really list on eBay from my phone in 30 seconds?

Yes — that's the point. Your photos are already on your phone, your defaults answer the repeat questions, and what's left is a title, a price and a few taps. Most listings take about 30 seconds.

Can I try it without connecting my eBay account?

Yes. Open the bot and type /fees — the eBay fee calculator is free forever, with no signup, no eBay connection and no card. Use it as long as you like; connect eBay only when you actually want to list something.

Can I edit my listings in the eBay app afterwards?

No — and that's eBay's rule, not ours. eBay marks any listing created by a third-party tool as externally managed and blocks editing in its app and Seller Hub, so the two systems can't fall out of sync. It applies to every listing tool, not just SnapLister. You edit them here instead: send listings (or /listings) to change price, title, description or quantity, or to end a listing. Anything you listed manually on eBay is unaffected and still editable there as normal.

What if I don't like it — can I get a refund?

Cancel any time during your 7-day trial and you're never charged at all. If you get charged and then change your mind, email support@snaplister.io within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no "did you try X first". Cancelling takes one tap in the billing portal, and your listings stay live on eBay either way.

What happens to my listings if I cancel?

Nothing — they're real eBay listings on your own seller account. They stay live, and everything you've listed remains yours.
